Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg potato(s), waxy
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

in Silesian style

Peel the potatoes and then quickly grate them into a mushy paste using the smallest grater. Then add one onion and mix in the egg. Season generously with pepper and salt and fry in plenty of oil in a hot pan until browned and crispy on both sides. Drain briefly on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
