- n. B. Flour
- n. B. Nutmeg
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Depending on the amount of mashed potatoes, stir in 1-2 eggs, a little flour, and a pinch of nutmeg until creamy. Heat oil in a pan, drop small blobs of batter into the pan, and fry on both sides. Applesauce or anything else you like goes well with this. It’s ideal for using up leftover mashed potatoes from last night’s meal.
