Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potato(s), waxy
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 100 g ham, raw
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes. Dice the ham. Mix all ingredients well. Fry the batter in batches in a pan with hot oil to make small, thin pancakes (7-8 cm in diameter). Serve warm with dips and salads.
