Pineapple dessert a la Andi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Pineapple juice, from the can
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Take some of it and stir in the custard powder. Bring the remaining juice to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the pineapple pieces to the set juice and pour into dessert glasses. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving and enjoy.
