Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 20 g ginger
  • 200 g sauerkraut
  • 3 grains of pepper, ground
  • 150 g quark 0.5%
  • 100 g cheese, Gouda, medium-aged, grated
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free + egg-free

Finely grate the potatoes, place them in a linen cloth, squeeze out the juice, and place them in a bowl. Finely grate the carrots and ginger together, then add the sauerkraut, quark, and finely grated Gouda cheese. Mix everything together. With wet hands, form patties and fry in hot oil on medium heat on both sides, turning them carefully. My own recipe.
