Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potato(s), waxy
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 bunch of spring onions
- 100 g bacon (rib bacon)
- 5 small bay leaves
- rosemary
- Salt
- pepper
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes and let cool. Slice the tomatoes and potatoes. Roll the leeks. Dice the bacon and fry. Grease a baking sheet well and arrange the potato slices. Then arrange the tomato slices, onion rolls, and bacon on top. Season and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Goes well with pan-fried dishes or just on its own.
