Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tortellini
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- ½ cube of stock, if necessary
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tortellini in salted water and drain. Combine the crème fraîche with the yogurt and heat gently, stirring constantly. Season with the crushed garlic clove, pepper, salt, nutmeg, and, if desired, 1/2 a stock cube. Dice the ham. Finely chop the parsley and chives and stir them into the ham. Pour the sauce over the tortellini. Serve with a mixed salad.
