Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ bell pepper(s), red, blanched, pureed
- 200 g feta cheese, crushed with a fork
- ½ clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 12 mint leaves, finely chopped / alternatively 1 tsp dried mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the feta with the lemon juice, garlic, and mint. Stir in the paprika puree and season with salt.
