Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g potato(s), waxy
  • 1 cup salad (meat salad without cucumber)
  • ½ jar Miracel Whip (with yogurt)
  • 1 apple, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 2 packs of salad seasoning mix (preferably garden herbs)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jackets and then let them cool slightly. In a bowl, add the meat salad, Miracle Whip, salad seasoning mix (garden herbs), apple slices, a little sugar, and olive oil. Then add the still-warm potatoes and toss everything well. Since the salad is still absorbing moisture, I always season it with a little pickle juice from pickled cucumbers before serving.
