Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 large onions, diced
  • ½ kg sausage (Cabanossi, spicy sausages, bacon…)
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can beans, red
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, stock cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 large eggs

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

hearty dish, suitable for quick cooking and inexpensive on top of that

Briefly fry the onions, then sauté until translucent, then dice the sausage and bacon and fry them. Add all the ingredients (except the eggs) and a glass of water and simmer for about half an hour. Finally, add the eggs and fry them thoroughly. Serve with fresh baked goods.
