Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 10 radishes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oil, of your choice e.g. grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml gravy
- chili powder
- 1 handful of parsley
- Clarified butter

fried potato salad
Peel the onion and slice into thin strips. Slice the radishes into thin strips, then combine both in a bowl. Bring the meat juices to a boil and mix with the balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil, salt, pepper, and chili. Add to the radishes and onions. Wash the raw, unpeeled potatoes and cut them into approximately 2 mm thick slices. Fry them in clarified butter until crispy and add them to the vinaigrette. Stir in the parsley well. Serve with fish or a delicious neck steak, etc.
