Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch soup vegetables
  • 1 kg potatoes, floury
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 1 pack of sausages
  • 1 pack of bacon, diced
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil them in water. Trim the vegetables (carrots, celery, leeks, parsley) and add them to the potatoes. Cook until tender. Fry the bacon and add it to the soup. Slice the sausages and warm them in the soup. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the soup from the heat and melt a small knob of butter in it.
