Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g bacon (belly bacon), smoked, diced
- 150 g cheese, grated
- Salt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup chives, cut into rolls
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Savory cake, for a loaf pan
Mix all ingredients into a dough. Pour the mixture into a well-greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes. It can be eaten hot or cold. It’s perfect as a finger food, a side dish, or as a snack.
