Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes
- 750 g vegetable broth, strong
- 200 ml cream
- 2 sausages
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Peel the potatoes and dice them into large cubes. Turn on the blender and select the “SOUP” program. Add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil to the blender jug. Add the diced potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock. Add the cream 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Slice the sausages and divide them among the soup bowls. Pour in the soup, top each bowl with a tablespoon of crème fraîche, and serve.
