Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 380 g bell pepper(s)
- 200 g kohlrabi
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 Vienna sausages, optional
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cream
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi. Dice all the vegetables. Briefly sauté the potatoes, onions, and kohlrabi in a little oil in a pot. Now add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the paprika, cream, caraway seeds, and paprika powder and simmer for another 10 minutes. If you like, you can chop the Vienna sausages and cook for 1 minute (vegetarians simply omit the sausages).
