Potato Spice Mix with Nuts and Caraway Seeds

The perfect potato spice mix with nuts and caraway seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tsp Shaved hazelnuts
  • 3 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 3 tsp Curry spice mixture, see KB.
  • 2 tsp Marjoram
  • 2 sheet Laurel
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Pimento
  • 1 tsp Ground garlic

Potato spice mix:

  1. Crack the hazelnuts and slice the kernels. Measure out the remaining ingredients and grind them in a mortar or grind them finely in an electric mill.

Can be used for:

  1. Potato dishes, especially grilled potatoes, wedges and French fries.
