Potato – Tuna – Tortilla

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their skins for 20 minutes, peel, let cool, and slice. Finely dice the onion and drain and shred the tuna. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato slices and onion over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the tuna. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and mix to coat evenly. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes. Using a lid or a round plate, flip the tortilla and slide it back into the pan. Fry for about 8 more minutes.
