Potato Turkey Burger
The perfect potato turkey burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Potato pancakes from the previous day
- 6 Grated cheese
- 2 Turkey schnitzel
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- 6 Cherry date tomatoes
- 1 Spring onions fresh
- 150 g Quark double cream
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Chives
- Salad
- I still had potato pancakes left.
- Briefly sear the pancakes again, sprinkle 3 pieces with cheese and let the cheese melt in the oven and keep the others warm.
- Halve turkey escalope – pound a little and fry until golden in a pan with hot oil – season.
- Wash and dry the salad – Peel the onion, cut into rings, halve the tomatoes and clean the spring onion and cut into pieces.
- Mix the quark, tomato paste, salt, pepper and chives rolls.
- Now we assemble the burger – cheese-free pancakes, lettuce, curd cream, meat, onions, tomatoes and finally the cheese pancakes.
