Potatoes: Fried Potatoes with Roast Burgundy and Mountain Cheese

The perfect potatoes: fried potatoes with roast burgundy and mountain cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The basic potatoes:

  • 8 small Jacket potatoes

The “sour” meat:

  • 100 Size Burgundy roast from the supermarket you trust

The sour cheese:

  • 8 small slices Mountain cheese to melt

The basic spices:

  • Coriander salt from the mill, see m. KB
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • African Spirit spice mill mix
  • Chilli oil for frying
  1. Heat the chilli oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. After 10 minutes add the chopped roast.
  2. Stir everything several times and season. Brown it nicely and at the end just let the cheese melt over the potatoes. Serve on a large plate. Tastes great with roast Burgundy! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
  3. PS: Don’t worry! For me, the potatoes are cleaned thoroughly with a scouring pad under running water. There can be no more dirt on it!
