Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 potatoes, preferably of the same size and floury
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Caraway seeds
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
taste almost like from a campfire
Place peeled potatoes side by side in the soaked earthenware pot. Top with butter flakes and season. Place the covered earthenware pot in a cold oven and preheat to 250°C for 15 minutes, then finish cooking at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
