Potatoes in dill cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small and firm
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great side dish for grilled food

Peel the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Finely chop the dill. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the dill, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drain the potatoes, toss with the dill cream, and let it infuse. Garnish with dill sprigs to serve.
