Potatoes: Leek Tart Made from Mashed Potatoes

- 4 tablespoon Mashed potatoes / mashed potatoes, rest
- 1 piece Leeks, leeks, rest
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil with rosemary
- 2 piece Organic egg yolks
- 4 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry everything in it.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg yolks, flour and the spices. Add the leek vegetables and mix well.
- Preheat the stove to 190 degrees under / top heat.
- Now fill the dough into the silicone molds and press firmly so that the mold is completely filled.
- Approx. Bake for 40 minutes until the tartlets have turned color. If you notice after removing them that they are still a little pale inside, simply put the tartlets back in the molds and bake for another 10 minutes on bottom heat.
