Potatoes: Leek Tart Made from Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 4 tbsp Mashed potatoes / mashed potatoes, rest
  • 1 Leeks, leeks, rest
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil with rosemary
  • 2 Organic egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry everything in it.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg yolks, flour and the spices. Add the leek vegetables and mix well.
  • Preheat the stove to 190 degrees under / top heat.
  • Now fill the dough into the silicone molds and press firmly so that the mold is completely filled.
  • Approx. Bake for 40 minutes until the tartlets have turned color. If you notice after removing them that they are still a little pale inside, simply put the tartlets back in the molds and bake for another 10 minutes on bottom heat.
