Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- Water (salt water)
- 1 chicken, roasted or boiled
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g zucchini
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 50 ml milk
- Parsley
- chili
- salt and pepper
Instructions

without mayonnaise
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until al dente, drain well, and place in a bowl. Stir in the oil to prevent it from sticking together. Wash, trim, and coarsely grate the zucchini. Wash, trim, and finely slice the spring onions. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and roughly tear it apart. Mix everything into the pasta. Remove the chicken from the bones, dice finely, and add to the pasta. Mix together the remaining dressing ingredients and stir into the salad. Let stand for about 20 minutes before serving. You can also fry the chicken in a pan beforehand; this will give the salad an even crispier texture.
