Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Rinse the turkey breast fillets in cold water, pat dry, and dice. Peel the garlic, finely chop, and mix with the soy sauce, sugar, and spices. Marinate the turkey breast cubes in the water for 45 minutes. Then remove and drain. Thread the cubes onto skewers and grill for 10 to 15 minutes or fry in a pan with a little oil. Turn frequently and brush with the marinade. For the peanut sauce, peel the garlic and onion, dice them, and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add the spices and lemon juice and stir-fry. Remove from the heat. Purée the peanuts with water in a blender, then add to the spice mixture. Simmer until creamy, stirring. Finally, stir in the soy sauce. Serve with the satay skewers. Serve with rice.
