Poured Apple Pie

The perfect poured apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Warm milk
  • 50 g Butter

For covering:

  • 4 Apples

For the cast:

  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Sugar

For the dough:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the dry yeast and mix.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk and butter and knead.
  3. Cover the dough and keep it warm for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
  4. Knead the dough well again on the work surface, then roll it out in a greased springform pan.

For covering:

  1. Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and place on the dough.

For the cast:

  1. Put the creme fraiche and whipped cream in a bowl and stir.
  2. Add egg and sugar, stir.
  3. Spread the icing on the apples and smooth out.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
