Poured Apple Pie
The perfect poured apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Warm milk
- 50 g Butter
For covering:
- 4 Apples
For the cast:
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Sugar
For the dough:
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the dry yeast and mix.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk and butter and knead.
- Cover the dough and keep it warm for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
- Knead the dough well again on the work surface, then roll it out in a greased springform pan.
For covering:
- Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and place on the dough.
For the cast:
- Put the creme fraiche and whipped cream in a bowl and stir.
- Add egg and sugar, stir.
- Spread the icing on the apples and smooth out.
- Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
