Power bars with goji berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 200 g honey or sugar beet syrup
  • 500 g cereals (oat flakes, spelt flakes, etc.)
  • 200 g goji berries
  • 200 g nuts, chopped
  • 100 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Vegetarian and healthy

Mash the bananas, mix with the honey, and add the grains (oat and spelt flakes, wheat bran, oat bran, wheat germ, flaxseed). Mix in the goji berries, chopped almonds, walnuts, cashews or other nuts, and the sunflower seeds. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Then cut into bars or bite-sized pieces.
