Start the day with enough energy and still enjoy breakfast

Mix all the ingredients together. This power breakfast will give you full energy and vitality for at least half the day. It tastes amazing, too. I wouldn’t want to start the day without it, and with a little organization and practice, I can make a complete breakfast in 5 minutes. If I’m short on time, I just prepare it at night.
