Prawn and Leek Curry
The perfect prawn and leek curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Leek
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 350 g Shrimp
- 1 tsp Green curry paste
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 Knife point Sweet chilli flakes
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Wash the leek and cut into rings – melt coconut oil in a pan and toast the flour, curry paste, cumin, kukuma, and curry powder in it.
- Add the leek rings and sweat with honey – season with salt and pepper.
- Add prawns and chilli flakes – deglaze with coconut milk and season with lime zest and juice – simmer for a few minutes and serve with fragrant jasmine rice.
