Prawn and Leek Curry

The perfect prawn and leek curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 350 g Shrimp
  • 1 tsp Green curry paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 Knife point Sweet chilli flakes
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  1. Wash the leek and cut into rings – melt coconut oil in a pan and toast the flour, curry paste, cumin, kukuma, and curry powder in it.
  1. Add the leek rings and sweat with honey – season with salt and pepper.
  1. Add prawns and chilli flakes – deglaze with coconut milk and season with lime zest and juice – simmer for a few minutes and serve with fragrant jasmine rice.
