Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g crab
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 125 ml dry white wine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 baguette(s)
- 2 lemon slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the mascarpone, lemon juice, tomato paste, and white wine into a sauce, season with salt and pepper, and season to taste. Line cocktail glasses with the washed lettuce leaves and arrange the crabs in them. Pour the sauce over the glass and garnish each with half a lemon slice. Serve with the baguette.
