Prawns from the pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 24 prawns

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the prawns, skin on, to the pan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes on each side, until the skins turn a light pink and the flesh is firm (white).
