Prawns in garlic and white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s), raw, without head
  • ½ bulb(s) garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • 75 ml white wine, dry
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tapas

Wash the shrimp and dry with kitchen paper. If necessary, remove the black intestinal threads on the back with a sharp knife. Peel the garlic and gently press the cloves. Cut open the chili pepper and remove the seeds. Place the garlic, chili, and shrimp in a shallow ovenproof dish with the oil and let it marinate briefly. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly sprinkle the shrimp with salt and cook in the preheated oven for about 5-6 minutes. Pour in the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and served with bread.
