Prawns with Spring Onions
The perfect prawns with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Shrimp King Prawns
- 1 bunch Spring leek
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Red wine lovely
- Lemon zest
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- The prawns were thawed comfortably in the refrigerator overnight, washed and checked for intestinal residues.
- Cut the spring onions into rings. Fry in olive oil.
- Deglaze with a little red wine and let it almost boil off.
- Put everything aside and add the prawns to the pan, fry gently.
- Pour lemon zest and pepper over it.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Baguette or toast with it?
