Prawns with Spring Onions

The perfect prawns with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Shrimp King Prawns
  • 1 bunch Spring leek
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Red wine lovely
  • Lemon zest
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. The prawns were thawed comfortably in the refrigerator overnight, washed and checked for intestinal residues.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings. Fry in olive oil.
  3. Deglaze with a little red wine and let it almost boil off.
  4. Put everything aside and add the prawns to the pan, fry gently.
  5. Pour lemon zest and pepper over it.
  6. Season to taste with salt.
  7. Baguette or toast with it?
