Prickly pear and banana curd with flake topping

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 prickly pear(s)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp flakes, e.g. oat flakes, spelt flakes etc.
  • 2 tbsp cranberries or raisins, dried
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the banana. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Peel the prickly pear and slice it. Mix the quark with the sugar and cream. Season to taste, fold in the fruit, and pour into glasses. Mix the flakes and dried fruit and pour over the quark. Serve fresh.
