Princess cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (Vienna, light or dark)
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate), already prepared
  • 3 cups of cream
  • some food coloring, red
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 50 g almonds (flaked almonds)
  • e.g. sugar pearls etc. for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy, no baking required

Spread the prepared pudding onto the cake base and cover with the second layer (use the third layer for something else or simply make it three-tiered). Tip: You can vary the recipe; instead of the pudding, you can also use vanilla or chocolate cream. Roast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until golden brown. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Add enough food coloring (also available as powder) until the cream is stiff and pink. Spread the pink cream over the cake. Press the flaked almonds onto the side of the cake. Now decorate the cake as desired with princess cake decorations (e.g. crown, sugar pearls, etc.). It not only tastes good – it is sure to put a smile on children’s faces and is quick and easy to make.
