Cooked cheese with guaranteed success

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g condensed milk
  • 300 g hand cheese, e.g. Harzer
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • n. B. Caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

never curdles

Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan. Chop the hand cheese and processed cheese into small pieces and add them. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add the chopped butter. When everything is nice and smooth, remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda. Let it cool slightly, then mix in the sour cream and caraway seeds thoroughly. Let it cool completely. The specified amount is for a large bowl. As a side dish: hearty farmhouse bread with butter. If you like: finely chopped onions, previously marinated in vinegar and oil, pepper, and salt.
