Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp vodka
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the egg yolks in a bowl and beat until doubled in size. Then add the oil and sifted flour. Finally, add the vodka to the batter. Pour into a greased 20 cm loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for approximately 20-30 minutes (test with a toothpick). Finally, cover the cake with your choice of icing.
