Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 9 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp flour
- 7 tbsp vodka (grain) 40%
- Butter, for spreading
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
also called Hugelkuchen
You may need to add 1 tablespoon more flour, as the dough should be lumpy. Combine all ingredients and spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, immediately brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into slices immediately. The cake is called Hugelkuchen because it starts to ‘hugel’ in the oven, which looks very funny.
