Prosecco – Orange Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter orange juice, squeezed
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ⅛ liter sparkling wine (Prosecco)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • Chocolate decoration (chocolate flakes)
  • Orange(s) – Columns

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the pudding as directed, but use orange juice mixed with Prosecco instead of milk. Let it cool. Whisk the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in 3/4 of the mixture with a whisk. Ladle the cream into bowls and garnish with the remaining cream, chocolate flakes, and orange slices.
