Prosecco – Zabaione on orange fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), zest
  • 1 jar Prosecco
  • 4 orange(s), beautiful

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the oranges with a knife and cut out the segments. Divide the oranges between four glasses. Combine the egg yolks, sugar, Prosecco, and lemon zest in a bowl and whisk over a hot water bath until creamy. Pour the cream into the glasses, either cold or warm. Decorate with mint. Enjoy!
