Protein Bowl with Peas, Tofu and Quinoa
The perfect protein bowl with peas, tofu and quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Handful Quinoa
- Vegetable broth
- 100 g Green peas
- 1 tbsp Bell pepper hemp spread
- 100 g Tofu rosso
- 1 Pc. Paprika
- 0,5 Pc. Cucumber or half an avocado
- 2 tbsp Fresh sauerkraut at will
- Let quinoa simmer in double the amount of vegetable stock for about 12 minutes, until the water is soaked up. Add the peas in the last 5 minutes. If you like, stir in the spread at the end. But it can also be replaced by Ajvar or simply left out without replacement.
- Dice tofu and paprika. Dice cucumber or avocado as desired. Arrange the quinoa in a bowl, next to it tofu, bell pepper, cucumber or avocado and add sauerkraut if you like.
