Protein Bowl with Peas, Tofu and Quinoa

The perfect protein bowl with peas, tofu and quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Quinoa
  • Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Bell pepper hemp spread
  • 100 g Tofu rosso
  • 1 Pc. Paprika
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber or half an avocado
  • 2 tbsp Fresh sauerkraut at will
  1. Let quinoa simmer in double the amount of vegetable stock for about 12 minutes, until the water is soaked up. Add the peas in the last 5 minutes. If you like, stir in the spread at the end. But it can also be replaced by Ajvar or simply left out without replacement.
  2. Dice tofu and paprika. Dice cucumber or avocado as desired. Arrange the quinoa in a bowl, next to it tofu, bell pepper, cucumber or avocado and add sauerkraut if you like.
