Protein bread with oat bran, flaxseed and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 20% fat content
  • 100 g oat bran
  • 100 g protein powder, neutral
  • 100 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 100 g walnuts or chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

according to recommendations from Dr. Feil

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 75 minutes.
