Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark, 20% fat content
- 100 g oat bran
- 100 g protein powder, neutral
- 100 g flaxseed, crushed
- 100 g walnuts or chopped hazelnuts
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
according to recommendations from Dr. Feil
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 75 minutes.
