Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g almond flour or similar
  • 125 g quark
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients and form 6 small rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. They taste best warm, for example, with delicious cream cheese.
