Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 10 g oil (MCT oil) or high-quality coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 15 g chia seeds
- 20 g protein powder, e.g. Whey Wild Berry
- 300 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Add a little water if you want it to be more runny. Pour into a glass and let it swell briefly to absorb the chia seeds.
