- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 75 g protein powder, vanilla, strawberry or raspberry flavor
- 200 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat
- 2 eggs
- possibly flavoring (raspberry flavor or chocolate flavor)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cheesecake – high protein / low carb / low fat
