Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 g protein powder, vanilla, strawberry or raspberry flavor
  • 200 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • possibly flavoring (raspberry flavor or chocolate flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cheesecake – high protein / low carb / low fat

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all ingredients until creamy. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes. Note: Line all four sides and the bottom of the baking pan with baking paper. Calories: 926 Per 200 grams (= per serving): 231
