Protein Chilli Biscuits

- 300 g Saucepans
- 180 g Fine oat flakes
- 60 g Protein powder / banana
- 1 Pc. Banana
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 2 g Medium hot chilli powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 2 tsp Grated nuts, poppy seeds or coconut flakes
- First, the banana is mashed to a pulp with a fork. Mix together protein powder, oat flakes, chilli powder, cinnamon, tartar powder and nuts.
- Beat the pots with eggs until smooth and then stir in the mashed banana. Finally, stir in the dry ingredients. Shape dumplings with two spoons and place them on a paper-lined baking sheet.
