Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g almond(s), grated
- 1 handful of desiccated coconut
- some vanilla flavor
- 1 handful of chocolate shavings
- tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
low-fat, healthy, high in protein, flour-free
Mix all ingredients together and drop the cookies by the spoonful onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flattening slightly. Bake in the oven at 175°C (top and bottom heat) or 150°C (convection oven). I’ve always gotten between 15-20 cookies, depending on how thick I made them.
