Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp, heaped egg white powder, vanilla flavor
  • 80 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 2 large cookies (almond flavor protein cookies)
  • Handful of chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the cherries. Combine the quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and Amaretto in a bowl. Mix the egg white powder with the milk in a shaker and add it to the bowl. Then mix the ingredients well. Crumble the cookies. Finally, arrange the mixture in a glass, alternating layers – cherries, cookies, cream, cherries, cookies, cream, etc. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
