Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup of fruit of your choice, e.g. raspberries or currants etc.
- 1 cup sugar, amount depending on the sweetness of the fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brownie dish
First, puree the fruit with the sugar, then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold the fruit puree into the egg whites. Decorate the brownie dish as desired and serve with vanilla sauce, if desired.
