Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 date tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp dill
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Perfect for using up leftovers
Wash or trim the vegetables, finely dice them, and place them in a bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and stir into the salad. Let the salad stand for 15 minutes and stir again. Serve with pita bread or flatbread.
