Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Pancakes without flour, without sugar
Mash the banana with a blender or fork until smooth. Whisk the eggs and mix with the banana and egg white powder. Then, spoon the batter into the pan. As soon as bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake. Serve with fresh fruit. Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt mixed with a little applesauce also works well as a sauce.
